In the photo library, visitors can find impressive shots of sightseeing spots along the Hyogo Heritage Road taken by local amateur photographers.
In using the image data, it is assumed that all of the content in the following Terms of Use is agreed to. Please check the content of the Terms carefully.

Images included on this site are in the .jpeg format. The Silver Brawler Network Association assumes no responsibility regarding situations that arise related to the images or to the downloading of said images.
Copyrights
The copyrights and other intellectual rights of images on this site are not transferred to the user but are retained by the Silver Brawler Network Association and the original photographers and are protected under copyright law and international laws regarding copyrights.
Use of Images
Images on this site are to be used for promotion of the Hyogo Heritage Route and Gin no Bashamichi. The images can be used untouched or after processing.
No crediting of the Silver Brawler Network Association or this site is necessary for use. However, if an image will be used in a magazine or other publication, the Association would like to humbly request one copy of the finished product.
Prohibited Actions
- Images on this site cannot be used for the manufacturing or sale of products whose merchantability depends on the images themselves (such as digital data collections, calendars, and post cards). Even after some processing is performed, use for products that allow secondary use of images by non-users is also prohibited.
- Images on this site or copied from this site (including downloaded images) cannot be rented, sold, or released to a third party.
- Images on this site cannot be used for fraud, misleading uses, defamation, or any other action contrary to public order and morals.
- Images on this site cannot be used for mailing lists, e-mail magazines, etc., that send the same or a similar e-mail to a large number of recipients.
- Any usage that violates these provisions, or any usage that varies from the purpose this site was created for, may be suspended at any time by the Hyogo Prefecture Tamba District Administration Office.
Other Information
Any disputes that arise regarding these Terms of Use shall be handled exclusively by the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Silver Brawler Network Association office.
